Meet at 9:45 am, 86th Street and Central Park West

We'll explore northern Manhattan by hiking along the three waterways:
the Hudson River, Spuyten Duyvil Creek (now a canal) and the Harlem
River, ending at the Morris-Jumel Mansion, a National Historic Landmark.
You may also take an hour-long tour of the mansion for a reasonable
entry fee. This is a 7.5 miles hike on mostly level ground and therefore
very easy. We will meet at 86 Street and Central Park West at 9:45 am
and travel north. Be on time, because from there we'll board the train
at 10:00 am.

Have fun preparing for the ski season, by doing SNOWGA a blend
of yoga & snow sports. Special guest speaker Anne Anderson, Certified
Professional Ski Instructor of America and Registered Yoga Teacher,
will help you to improve your skiing and snowboarding experience. In
this introductory talk and class, you'll learn breathing techniques,
postures and exercises you can practice anywhere. Wear clothes that
